SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed before 1:30 PM CST (M-F) will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:30 PM CST orders will be shipped the next business day (M-F). Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday (Central Time). All orders are shipped 1st Class U.S. Mail.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your OmegaQuant purchase prior to submitting your specimen to OmegaQuant for testing, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-949-0632 for a Return Authorization (RA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the collection kit. If the collection kit is returnable and you send it back to us unopened, OmegaQuant will offer you a refund, less a 10% re-stocking/handling fee, based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to OmegaQuant within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RA.

If you try to collect your specimen, but are unsuccessful, contact OmegaQuant to make arrangements for a replacement collection kit to be mailed to you (a re-shipping fee may apply).
